About the Owner
Tonya Williams, a lifelong cat lover and Certified Feline Master Groomer, founded Purr Luxe with one mission—to redefine feline care through calm, compassionate, and expert handling. Her certification represents the highest standard in cat grooming, reflecting advanced training in feline behavior, handling, and coat care.

Before launching Purr Luxe, Tonya spent over 20 years in social work, serving her community with empathy and purpose. Her passion for connecting people with cats led to the creation of Cat Zen Café & Lounge in St. Charles, where she and her team have fostered and cared for over 350 rescue cats (and counting), helping them find loving homes.
Her deep, hands-on experience with cats of all temperaments and needs is at the heart of everything we do—because at Purr Luxe, your cat isn’t just a guest—they’re family.
