Kitten Groom

Start your kitten’s grooming journey on the right paw. This introduction includes a mild warm-massage bath, a gentle blow-dry, a light brush-out, nail trim, and ear and eye care—designed to help your kitten grow comfortable with the grooming process from an early age.

Best for: Kittens under 6 months who are new to grooming. Helps build confidence, reduces future stress, and keeps their tiny coat clean, soft, and healthy. Vet records required for proof of age.
Express Waterless Groom

A quick refresh for cats who don’t need a full bath but could use a cleanup. This service includes a nail and mini sanitary trim, gentle eye and ear cleaning, comb-out, a soft wipe-down, and a light spritz of our signature cat-safe cologne. Ideal between full grooming appointments to keep your cat fresh, tidy, and fabulous.

Best for: Cats who are easily stressed by bathing or just need a quick refresh between full grooms. Ideal for maintaining a clean, polished look between appointments. The coat must be free of dandruff, excessive oils, and tangles. This is a maintenance service designed for cats on a regular grooming schedule or with minimal grooming needs.

Elective Haircuts
The Teddy Bear Trim and Lion Cut are considered elective haircuts. Because every cat is unique, eligibility for a haircut will be determined by your groomer based on temperament, age, and overall health. Our priority is always your cat’s comfort and safety during the grooming process. Please note, we only offer elective haircuts to cats that can tolerate clipping without becoming overly stressed or agitated.
Additional Care & Fees

To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every cat in our care, additional handling or grooming time may occasionally be required. When this occurs, an additional fee may apply.

XL Cats
Cats over 18 pounds require extra time, resources, and care to complete their groom safely. Additional fee of $15.
Behavior & Temperament
Your cat’s comfort is always our top priority. If a cat becomes overly stressed, fearful, or aggressive during grooming, services may be paused or stopped for their safety. A partial or “groom attempt” fee may apply to cover the time and care provided. In some cases, we may recommend future grooming under mild sedation or with veterinary assistance. Additional fee of $25.

Health & Medical Conditions
Cats with fleas, skin irritations, open wounds, or other medical concerns may need specialized care or veterinary clearance prior to grooming. If such conditions are discovered during the appointment, services may be modified, postponed, or discontinued to protect your cat’s health. Additional cleaning or treatment fees may apply if parasites or skin issues are present. Additional fee of $20.

Mat, Fecal & Pelt Removal
​If your cat arrives with a clumpy or matted coat, an additional mat removal fee will be applied to your grooming service. This fee will be determined during your cat’s check-in evaluation and is based on the severity of the matting and the time required to safely remove it. Fees typically range from $20/$30/$40 (mild to excessive matting), depending on the severity of the mats.

In severe cases where the cat is pelted and requires a Lion Cut to fully remove the pelts, the cost for the initial grooming appointment is $300. This includes a complimentary follow-up Signature Groom within 8 weeks of the initial visit. The follow-up appointment helps restore your cat’s skin and coat health while allowing us to create a personalized, preventative grooming plan to keep your kitty comfortable, mat-free, and looking their best.

For your cat’s safety, if medical or stress-related conditions are present, we may recommend that the grooming be performed by a veterinarian under supervision or sedation. In some cases, with veterinary approval of a prescribed medication, we may also suggest light sedation prior to grooming to ensure your cat’s comfort and minimize the risks associated with mat or pelt removal.
